1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have (7) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized products, and items on sale or clearance, are not eligible for returns.

1.2 Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@ecominim.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
