WHO ARE YOUR SHIPPING PARTNERS?
We work closely with Yunda, GDEX, and Lineclear to deliver our products. The choice of courier service depends on the product weight and courier’s availability.
I PREFER ANOTHER COURIER SERVICE. CAN THIS BE ARRANGED?
Yes! Please email us at hello@ecominim.com to request your preferred courier service and we will try to accommodate your request as best as we can.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been successfully submitted, it will be processed the following business day. It is then packed and dispatched. The standard delivery time is 3 business days. However, during busy sales periods, long public holidays, and products that are directly fulfilled by suppliers, the delivery time may take up to 5 business days.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with all the necessary tracking information.
MY PARCEL IS DELAYED AT THE COURIER
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address for you to keep track on the delivery status of your parcel at all times. (Please check your junk mail in case it’s there!) Just click on the link and it will take you to Pos Laju’s tracking page.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED AT THE COURIER?
Let us take care of the problem! Please contact us directly and we will resolve the issue with the courier service provider.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO ECOMINIM™?
The courier companies will make 2 attempts to deliver the package. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address or the address given is misspelled or incomplete, the parcel will be returned to ecomimim™. You may then collect the parcel from our office. If you would like us to assist in resending the parcel, all delivery charges incurred during this process will be borne by the buyer.
I DID NOT RECEIVED FULLY ON WHAT I HAD ORDERED!
You will be informed via the tracking email notification if your order is sent in separate packages. If you face any uncertainties, please email us at hello@ecominim.com
THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT SUIT ME. CAN I CHANGE IT TO OTHER PRODUCTS?
Yes! You may exchange an item if it is unopened, new, and in good condition when shipped back to us. Should the exchanged item be of higher value than the item returned, you will need to top up the difference in pricing. For lower value items, the difference will be issued in the form of a shopping voucher/s for future purchases of ecominim™ products. Please note that all delivery charges incurred during the exchange process will be borne by the buyer.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.
