FAQ: Ecominim® Return Ꝏ Reward Program
What empties can be return through this program?
Only Ecominim cleaned & dried full-sized empties are accepted in this program. 100ml Hand Sanitizer, sample sachets and sample-sized bottles are not accepted.
Can I Include empties from other brands in this program?
We regret to inform you that we do not accept empties from other brands for now.
Do I need to empty and clean the empties before shipping it over to Ecominim®?
Yes, only cleaned & dried empties will be rewarded! All empty bottles MUST be cleaned and dried before returning to avoid contaminating other clean empties.
Do I have to remove the labels on the bottles before returning? What about the lids, pumps and/or triggers?
No, you do not have to remove the labels before returning the bottles. Kindly return the triggers, pumps and lids of the empties to us as well!
What will Ecominim® do with the empties?
We reuse or send to a registered recycle partner. Our recycled plastic bottles become part of circular economy turning into recycled pellets or furniture.
What would be the minimum and maximum number of empties allowed to be sent to Ecominim®?
The minimum number of empties allowed will be 5 pieces. However, there is no maximum amount as we encourage recycling. So the more the merrier! Reward points will only be rewarded based on the multiple of 5 empties. Eg: if you send 7 empties back to Ecominim, you will still receive 100 membership points. However, if you return 10 empties, you’ll be rewarded with 200 membership points!
How do I track my reward?
Log in as miniME, click on the member icon on your top right. Finally, click on the points section and you will be able to view all your points’ transactions.
How long will it take for my reward to be updated in the system?
Upon receiving your empties, we’ll examine the bottles and update your rewards within 3 working days. Hence, if you’re using any courier services, the entire process may take between 7 to 10 working days for your points to be updated.
